Canada Safety Council Certified Course
Intended for children 10 years of age and older.
The home alone program is designed to provide children with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them sage and constructively occupied. ​
Home Alone Course
1 day, 3 hours long
$35 I Ages 10+ (can be 9 turning 10 in the calendar year)
This course focuses on small group discussions, problem-solving, role-playing, and instructor-led demonstrations.
Topics include, establishing routine, the 'house key', strangers, telephone, emergencies, internet safety, and basic first aid.
Students will receive a reference book, certificate of completion and a mini first aid kit.
